August 2024: I’m excited to present my research, Exploring Image Aesthetics with Machine Learning: Insights from Explainable AI, at ECVP in Aberdeen, Scotland!
May 2024: Unveiling the factors of aesthetic preferences with explainable AI has been published in the British Journal of Psychology.
January 2024: Multi-task convolutional neural network for image aesthetic assessment has been published in IEEE Access.
February 2023: Our latest article, From paintbrush to pixel: A review of deep neural networks in AI-generated art, is now out!
August 2022: Our paper Application of multilayer perceptron with data augmentation in nuclear physics has been accepted for publication in Applied Soft Computing.
June 2022: We will talk about Art and machines: A tutorial on AI-generated art at The Visual Science of Art Conference (VSAC) in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
June 2022: Our work A multi-task learning approach based on convolutional neural networks for image aesthetic evaluation has been selected for a talk at European Conference on Visual Perception (ECVP) 2022 in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.
May 2022: My paper entitled Attention mechanism in neural networks: where it comes and where it goes has been published online in Neural Computing and Applications.
April 2022: I've joined Leuven.AI Institute.
